HISTORY

TECHNIKI APOPSI is a construction and civil engineering company dealing with Design, Licensing, Construction and Equipment Supply.
Founded in 2003 by Mechanical Engineers Petros Petrou and Dimitris Tsiggelidis.
TECHNIKI APOPSI is staffed with highly qualified, experienced engineers, designers, decorators and technicians.
TECHNIKI APOPSI also holds a contractor of public works diploma.|
The company has a Certification according to the new standards:
• Quality Management : ISO 9001/2015
• Occupational Safety and Health : ISO 45001/2018
• Information Security : ISO 27001/2017
• Environmental Management: ISO 14001/2015
The company is harmonized with the Regulation on Protection Personal Data (GDPR).

QUALITY & ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

The Quality & Environmental Policy of the Company is determined by the desire to provide design services, development and implementation of studies and technical projects, according to the customer requirements, the applicable law, the modern know-how, capabilities, quality control and other factors related to the business position in the Greek market.

The Company’s policy is based on the commitment of the management to ensure the health and safety of employees and partners, respect and protection of the environment.

The approach of TECHNICAL APOPSIS for quality is expressed through the Company’s Quality Management System, which provides a framework for continuous improvement of the Company’s operations with a keen eye to meeting the requirements, expectations and also of the utmost customer needs.

The Management has established and reviewed objectives of quality, which are based on:

• Staffing the company with highly trained staff.
• In selecting reliable partners and suppliers.
• On scientifically sound planning and development of the Project and to provide high quality services Planning, Supervision and Project Implementation.
• In the business equipment with the latest technology and unique equipment, specialized technical software applications.
• In constant communication with the client for proper mapping of the requirements, as well as recording and settling any differences of the contract.
• In recording and reducing any deficiencies with a view to continuous / quality improvement of produced works and services.
• The identification and evaluation of potential risks arising from the operating activities of the Company and measures to address these.
• The administration of the changes taking place within the Company and which may affect the quality of service.
• In the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
• In the service lasting standardization effort in a way that promotes and ensures providing friendly and efficient service and harmonious development of cooperation with customers and suppliers.

The Company Management undertakes to ensure proper order:

• The Quality & Environmental Policy should be known and understood both internally (staff) and externally (website) as well as being reviewed for its continued appropriateness.
• To be reviewed as to the continued appropriateness.
• To provide all necessary means for the continuous and uninterrupted operation of the system and its continuous improvement.

Also undertakes to comply with the laws and regulations governing the operation of the Company.

The Quality Manager undertakes the task of supervision and maintenance of the Quality Management System development.

HEALTH POLICY & SECURITY IN WORK

The Management of TECHNICAL APOPSI is committed to taking all those actions necessary to prevent accidents as well as to improve health and safety conditions at work, to ensure the protection of the life and health of workers, including suppliers, subcontractors, and visitors to the company’s facilities. At the same time we monitor and study any technological, regulatory and operational developments that impose changes or may have a positive impact on Health & Safety at work, applying every possible measure. The Management of TECHNICAL APOPSI has set a specific framework for carrying out its operational activities which includes specific procedures, protocols, policies and working instructions. In order to achieve the above objectives TECHNICAL APOPSI is committed to the following:

• Minimalization of the risk of recognized risks and elimination of accidents at work by applying all possible preventive measures and means to ensure the protection of workers and establishments.
• Continuous monitoring and compliance with the requirements of health and safety at work legislation.
• Continuous education, training and motivation of the staff in matters of H & S at work.
• Securing resources for the implementation and continuous improvement of the implemented Single Management System.
• Institutionalized and documented consultation and participation of its staff Company in boards, inspections and evaluations for H & S issues at work.
• Prevention of accidents at work and occupational diseases.
• Identification, assessment and minimization of H & S risks for the whole of company’s processes and staff regardless of the job.
• Communication with the authorities, the competent state bodies and organizations for any H & S issues at work.
• Investigate events and draw conclusions for evaluation and improving the company’s performance in matters of H & S at work.
• Carry out regular inspections and controls regarding their implementation institutionalized procedures and instructions for H & S at work.
• Establish clear and measurable objectives for H & S in the work and evaluation of company performance, aiming at continuous improvement.

TECHINICAL APOPSI takes it for granted that every employee will pay each reasonably possible effort to fulfill its own responsibilities and obligations, responding to the company’s commitment, thus contributing to its implementation of this Policy.

INFORMATION SECUTIRY POLICY

Main goal of the Unified Management System (U.M.S) of TECHNICAL APOPSI is creation of a basis for information security, always guided by continuous satisfaction of the needs and expectations of those recognized as Stakeholders, as far as possible.

For the implementation of the above, the Management supports and implements continuously the basic principles and the controls which are described in ISO 27001: 2017, by establishing objective purposes for the information security which are based to the undivided and constructive cooperation of both its employees and of its associates.

The basic principles as they are expressed in the procedures of the Unified Management System of TECHNICAL APOPSI is:

• Compliance with the laws and regulations related to its activity.
• The recognition of the requirements but also the implied needs of the customers.
• Compliance with the requirements of ISO 27001: 2017.
• The continuous customer support as well as the constructive cooperation with all partners.
• The continuous information and training of the staff.
• The investigation of causes of non-complaints and the further defining corrective actions.
• The protection of its interests and those who deal with it and trust in the use and circulation of their confidential data.
• Ensuring their availability, integrity and confidentiality of all information which are produced, received and circulated in the context of projects security.
• Maximizing the reliability of its information resources.

The principles of the U.M.S. as well as the objective for information security, are reviewed at regular intervals by the company Management in order to adapt to the new needs of customers and other stakeholders, legislative requirements but also in achieving the goal of the continuous improvement of the company’s operations.

Through the continuous reviews of the above, the Management is in constant search to identify both human and logistical needs. The Management is committed to providing the necessary resources to cover their needs, as they arise and are shaped by existing situations, to the maximum of its potential. In this regard, the Management has already defined someone who is responsible for the Information Security.

All departments of TECHNICAL APOPSI have the responsibility to respond, to assimilate and implement the procedures that are required by the U.M.S. through their daily activities.

The Management of TECHNICAL APOPSI is also responsible for ensuring that the Information Security Policy is notifiable, understandable and applicable from the total human resources of the company, with the goal of continuous, steady growth of its business activity with unwavering commitment in its principles and the constant offer of the excellent services quality to the customers.
